Studying for a Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship provides access to excellent clinical skills facilities at Derby and Chesterfield campuses. This practical course, designed to promote capability and competence within the field, includes substantial time spent in placements experiencing other healthcare settings. Please note that placement hours could change.
The Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship leads to Registration as an Adult or Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), with course fees supported by the employer and apprenticeship funding. Apprentices will be employed full-time for the duration of the programme which cannot be studied without recognised employment as an apprentice.
