    Overview Study in Religion and Philosophy of Presbyterian College provides excellent preparation for a variety of vocations in human services, business, law, medicine, education, and graduate school in the humanities.Key facts:Philosophy begins with questions.What is good? What is true? What is beautiful? In this historical introduction to Western philosophy, we will explore works by five key thinkers – Plato, Descartes, Hume, Kant, and Kierkegaard – who show us different ways of asking and answering these fundamental questions. Along the way, we will develop skills of careful reading, respectful listening, clear writing, and persuasive speaking.  I want to find another Bachelor Course Accreditation Presbyterian College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.
    We welcome students from all faith traditions. While some students in our department are preparing for church-related careers, the study of Religion and Philosophy of Presbyterian College provides the skills in reading, writing and critical thinking that are at the core of a well-rounded liberal arts education.
