    Overview Our faculty Religious Studies traditions across the globe, from Asia to Africa to Europe and North America, from antiquity to the present, and from a variety of perspectives. Some of us are primarily historians, who explore how particular religions originated and developed; others of us are ethicists or philosophers, who bring religious texts and practices to bear on questions of abiding and immediate interest; and others of us are ethnographers or anthropologists, who analyze how communities make meaning through religious beliefs and rituals.  I want to find another Master Course Most of us combine all of these ways of thinking about religion in our work, and we all are interested in the role that religion plays in culture and society more generally.Personalized career advisingWherever you are on your path to discovering your ideal career, we have the expertise to help.The Career Development Center (CDC) is your go-to resource if you aren’t yet part of a specific Indiana University Bloomington school.     Our Religious Studies program at Indiana University Bloomington is designed for students looking to engage in the academic study of religion beyond the bachelor’s degree. Students undertake the MA with a variety of goals; many aim to go on to a Ph.D. Others peruse an MA to understand how religion informs and enriches the world, knowledge they can apply to other professional fields

If you are transferring from another US institution, two letters must come from the current US institution. One of these letters must come from your research advisor.Application fee of US $65.
