There is no better time than now to earn your BSN. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, those with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing generally have better job prospects than those without one. This completely online program makes it possible to graduate with a BSN in two, three, or four semesters.
Students build on their Associate Degree in Nursing to become outstanding nurses through relevant coursework with the advantage of a flexible schedule. In the RN to BSN program, students continue to practice critical thinking, and apply clinical reasoning to make decisions, manage healthcare resources, apply leadership and management skills, and gain additional experience in community and public health settings.
The RN to BSN Completion curriculum of study includes professional nursing practice, population health, evidence-based health care, health informatics, care of the aging adult, advanced health assessment, leadership, management and policy, health care trends and issues, and a final Capstone experience.
