About the course

This up-to-the-minute course – which has been designed with guidance from industry leaders trainers and recruiters – gives you the knowledge experience and essential business skills you need to manage a spa or start your own business.

The course develops your management skills teaching you how to apply financial marketing and human resource management theory to the spa environment. It also gives you a broad view of the international spa industry examining the strategic issues affecting development of the spa concept in the UK and around the world.

Alongside attending college regularly you work closely with a number of spa companies and major UK spa employers. You also complete a formal work placement allowing you to practise your business skills gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of the business.
