The central focus of the bachelor's program in Sport Science is on the human locomotor system. The program conveys discipline-specific fundamentals in the areas of anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and sport medicine. Thus students are prepared for current challenges in sport, sport management, and sport science.
The areas of nutrition and training as well as learning and behavior also play an important role. This content is complemented by basic knowledge of sociology and communications as well as the fundamentals of business administration.
Further, the degree in Sport Science offers the opportunity to prepare for professional life in a targeted manner, through internships and elective subjects. You are able to choose from the areas of applied sport science, health promotion through exercise and sport communications.
