A strategic focus on globalization is a key requirement for organizations across the world. As a Global Strategy student, you will learn how to apply strategic thinking in an increasingly complex global market and explore the implications of business decisions for global competitiveness.

Since globalization affects all sectors, this concentration gives you the tools necessary to understand industry structures and competitive dynamics in a global context. You will have opportunities to analyze and enhance organizational capabilities and to assess the requirements of doing business in different economic and political systems. Global Strategy adds an overarching, holistic and integrated perspective to other Desautels concentrations and majors.

Applicants are reviewed on their high school transcript with particular emphasis on yearly averages and results in prerequisite subjects (prerequisite subjects must have been completed during the last two years of high school).
