On successful completion of the Masters in Translation, graduates will be able to:

- Show insight into the complexities of translation, including linguistic nuances, cultural subtleties, and ethical considerations.
- Critically analyse translation challenges and make informed translation decisions.
- Show a deep understanding of cultural contexts and produce translations that are culturally sensitive and contextually appropriate.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical and technological aspects of the translation profession and how Machine Translation and generative AI might impact the profession in years to come.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management, including time management, resource allocation and coordination of tasks to meet deadlines.
