    About

    We have collaborated with renowned industry links to design this practical degree. It's focused on meeting the skills requirements needed in this rapidly evolving area. Our modules offer hands-on learning and are tailored to the latest industry technologies.

    You’ll be equipped in core UAS engineering elements, including:

    • System architecture
    • Structures
    • Propulsion
    • Systems
    • Flight dynamics
    • Engineering processes
    • Computer aided design (CAD)

    You’ll learn how to fly a quadcopter drone and gain a Civil Aviation Authority Flyer ID. This will enable you to fly drones and other UAS outdoors. You’ll also complete an industry relevant UAS related project. All with support from our academics who have over 40 years’ aerospace experience.

    When you finish this degree, you'll be able to solve complex engineering problems with autonomy. You'll also gain key skills in leadership, analysis and team working. This postgraduate degree is ideal for those wanting to start or develop their career in this innovative and exciting industry.

    4-year Degree from Government University / Recognised Private University GPA 2.5/4 (C+) (Above Average) on the 4 point scale or 3/5 (70-75%) (C) (Good+) on the 5 point scale

    Associate Degree AND2-year Degree from Government University / Recognised Private University GPA 2.5/4 (C+) (Above Average) on the 4 point scale or 3/5 (70-75%) (C) (Good+) on the 5 point scale

    English Program Requirements

  • Students whose first language is not English will be required to demonstrate competence in the language. The normal minimum standard required is IELTS 6.5 with no component score less than, to have been taken within 2 years prior to the course commencement date
