In the following years you will focus on your area of choice, Project Management, where you will have the opportunity to explore, learn and understand everything that you need to know to become a credible Project Manager. During the program you will learn about different types of projects and the complexities, including projects that span across many geographies and the challenges that may bring. You will explore a range of project methodologies and determine how to determine best fit for different scenarios. You will fully explore project methodology and project governance. You will explore the differences, and similarities, between Change Management and Project Management. You will become competent in developing business cases, writing project reports and understanding how to review project effectiveness in a constructive manner and take on board learnings. This degree enables you to undertake relevant research whilst having a significant level of practice which will support you in becoming a credible professional who can add value to any organisation, it will also support you in securing a credible role post-graduation. To complement theoretical learning, you will work with companies and the local community on work-based projects, some of these projects you may have an opportunity to lead.
