About the program and its main topics
The Bachelor's Program in Special Education was established with the establishment of the College of Educational Sciences in the academic year 1972/1973. The program's study plan consists of 132 credit hours divided into (27) hours of university requirements, (27) hours of college requirements, and (78) hours of specialization requirements. The study materials are divided between compulsory and elective courses, and (12) hours of field training fall under the compulsory specialization courses. The topics are based on
The program's basic topics include: mental and developmental disabilities, sensory disabilities, learning difficulties, and the program includes other basic topics such as behavior modification, talent and excellence, curricula and methods in special education, assessment and diagnosis in special education, and field training material.

Program Message
