    The impacts of climate variability and climate change are affecting our lives like never before. There is an urgent need to better understand, quantify, and adapt to climate-related risks.

    Students can tailor their studies to meet their career aspirations through elective pathways.

    This is a specialised degree that will help you turn your passion into practice. This program provides you with fundamental tools to tackle climate-related risks. You will learn how to assess the impacts of climate variability and change. You will also learn how to develop adaptation strategies (e.g. infrastructure, planning policy) that reduce the economic, environmental, and social costs of climate hazards. They will also be optimal and robust across a range of plausible futures.

    Eligibility for admission to this program is based on applicants meeting the minimum selection rank, or satisfying the requirements for an approved admission scheme.
