    Use advanced imaging technology to improve lives

    You'll be prepared for a dynamic career using advanced medical imaging technology. You will develop essential clinical reasoning and patient management skills. Learn how to create medical images to diagnose and manage patient health to save and improve lives.

    You’ll graduate with the confidence and competence to undertake professional practice as a diagnostic radiographer.

    Practice on campus in our world-class, health sciences precinct and through clinical placement opportunities.

    During your studies you will have access to the latest diagnostic radiography technologies. Some of these include plain x-rays, computed tomography (CT), fluoroscopy, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, angiography and mammography.

    You'll develop a strong foundation in physical, biomedical and behavioural sciences.

    You will be able to enrol in a range of courses including:

    • anatomy and physiology
    • clinical education

    • clinical techniques and methods
    • medical imaging instrumentation
    • physics and radiation protection

    Eligibility for admission to this program is based on applicants meeting the minimum selection rank, or satisfying the requirements for an approved admission scheme.
