Pursue your passionThe Bachelor of Science from Charles Sturt University gives you the freedom to explore the diversity of natural and physical sciences. Online... and hands-onStudying science online gives you the flexibility to study your way – with opportunities to get hands-on experience during on-campus residential schools. You could also select some on-campus subjects, and gain authentic practical experience in our world-class facilities. For example, you could get hands-on at the National Life Sciences Hub, a contemporary research, learning and teaching complex established at Charles Sturt University's Wagga Wagga campus and staffed by leading scientists and researchers. Facilities include student teaching laboratories, collaborative research areas, controlled-environmental facilities, a glasshouse complex and quarantine-approved research areas.
Take your studies furtherThis course is the ideal foundation for further study. You could undertake an Honours year to get a taste of research, move into more specialised postgraduate studies in areas such as ornithology, environmental management, fish conservation or GIS. And who knows, maybe you'll go on to a PhD to discover new knowledge.
