Taught from the heart of the Greenwich Maritime Campus, this direct entry course will help develop a number of skills for - and an understanding of - leading teams and managing contemporary organisations.
The course is targeted at those with prior university study in this subject area who are looking to use the modules offered to build on their previous study. It covers a range of key areas including leadership in organisations, strategy for managers, decision-making, and negotiation. You’ll also get the chance to complete either a dissertation, a consultancy project, or a business creation project. You’ll also get to choose to study either small business development, public sector management or international human resource management (IHRM).
