General Information

Child Training Program prepares  special programs for children between the ages of 0-18 with normal development requiring special educational
needs.  This program  gives education to parents  about the child's development and training  from the prenatal period.  Qualified experts with  the theoreticallly and practically equipped about child development can consult for services, organizations and institutions.

Program Objectives

This program  prepares character education programs for children from an early age for the future in order  to demonstrate compliance  with and adaptation to the developing world depending on progressive knowlegde. Aims are to prepare  programs providing servive to train child comprehensively  for the requirements of age,  to determine the risk factors from the prenatal period and  identify the children at-risk and raise awareness of parents about preventive approaches.

1. Acceptance Letter received from Istanbul Aydin University
2. Turkish translation of High school diploma and transcript
3. Notarization of translated High school diploma and transcript from Notary in Turkey or Turkish Embassy in your country
4. Health Insurance for one year (compulsory – You will make your insurance paperwork in J Block with International Students and Staff Affairs. Insurance Costs between 400,00 to 600,00 TRL)
5. Equivalency Paper (Denklik Belgesi) of High school diploma from Provincial Directorate of Ministry of Education in Istanbul (you will be guided properly on this once you will reach Istanbul Aydin University International Office J - Block)
6. Language Proficiency Certificate
7. Health Insurance for one year (compulsory– You will make your insurance paperwork in J Block with International Students and Staff Affairs.

Child development; Prime Ministry Family Research Institution, Disabled Administration, State Planning Organization, Ministry of Family and Social Policies kindergartens and orphanages, Ministry of Health Family Health Centers and hospitals, Children's hospitals and hospital schools, Ministry of Justice in the courts and educational houses, the Ministry of National Education; General Directorate of Basic Education, General Directorate of Special Education Guidance and Counseling Services, Guidance and Research Centers, Special education, care and rehabilitation centers, Radio and television programs in the preparation and execution of children's and youth programs, Children's theaters and children's movies , Children's books, magazines, newspapers, such as the preparation of educational toys production, UNICEF, ILO and voluntary organizations, NGOs, experts, consultants, founders, administrators, supervisors are working. They can work as academic staff in associate, undergraduate and graduate education staff in universities.

1. Passport photograph
2. High school diploma (a copy translated to Turkish or English)
3. High school transcript (a copy translated to Turkish or English)
4. Photocopy of the relevant pages of your passport
5. 60 % marks (min) in High School
6. For English degree program applicants: TOEFL score -79 points
   (If English is not the first/ official language of the country). 
   (If students do not have TOEFL then he/ she has to qualify English Proficiency Exam, which will be held in IAU. Dates will be mentioned at http://int.aydin.edu.tr)
7. For Turkish degree program applicants: TOMER B1 level required.
8. Dentistry and Medicine applicants: TOMER C1 level required.
