Our Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying graduates typically join large contracting organisations to work on large construction project sites. Others join large construction consultant organisations to advise public and private clients and oversee several projects from an office base.

Our graduates usually progress rapidly through their career, becoming project surveyors, commercial managers and, eventually, commercial directors responsible for financial and contractual governance of their organisation’s work on a regional or national basis. Accreditation by RICS and CICES eases their route to professional qualification.
