In a nutshell
The use of technology is increasing all the time and is now a key tool in the delivery of health and social care. Aimed at healthcare professionals working in a community setting, this module explores not only the technology in use, but importantly how it can be applied compassionately to enhance delivery of care and support prevention, independent living and self-care. This module provides you with the opportunity to enhance and develop critical skills for analysis, synthesis, and discussion of research and policy in the use of technology in practice.
This module is offered within the Advancing Integrated Care MSc - General Practice Nursing - but can also be taken as a stand-alone module.
Attendance is part-time, delivered one day per week online. You will also have the opportunity to spend one day on campus for a clinical skills session.
