    This range of exciting new HNC courses is designed to equip students with construction and the built environment skills, knowledge and the understanding necessary to achieve high performance in the global construction and the built environment sector. There are four specialist pathways in Construction, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering and Surveying. About the course There is a strong emphasis on employability skills and the knowledge essential for students with entrepreneurial, employment or academic aspirations. Programme content is designed to be appropriate for entry to or progression within the construction sector and to enable students to progress onto higher-level study. HNC core modules include:

    UCAS Tariff - 48 points
    Typical Offer: Applicants should normally possess (or expect to achieve) a minimum of 48 UCAS tariff points. All applicants will receive due consideration and a wide variety of educational and other lifetime experiences can be taken into account.

    Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016) - PPP
    Applicants should possess (or expect to achieve) a full Level 3 qualification in the Public Services or a related subject area.
