This degree is professionally accredited by the General Dental Council. It entitles graduates to practice anywhere in the UK and in many other countries.

Entry Requirements

We typically require a minimum average of 70% or 2.8/4.0 in one year of Bachelor degree study.

ABB at A level is typically the minimum required for entry to an Undergraduate course. Please check course specific entry requirements as they do vary across courses.

English Program Requirements

If your first language isn't English you will generally need an IELTS score of 6.5, or equivalent, to study at Newcastle University.
