MISSION

Our mission is to develop a physician's notion which is comprising education, research and patient treatment activities in the field of dentistry, equipped with basic medical information, following all kinds of innovation with high level of application skills, focused on life-long learning and self-improvement, adopted ‘primum non nocere as a principle and ethical values;

to train dentists who can interevene effectively in any situation  to diseases, anomalies of the stomatognathic system consists of the mouth, jaws, and closely associated structures;

to gain an interdisciplinary perspective and Strengthen treatment planning skills with evidence based data that are necesary for raising the interaction inthe field;

to provide students training in the field of deontology and behavioral sciences to support being highly distinguished and qualified professionals.

We are confident that the graduates of the Faculty Of Dentistry will have an exceptionally good record in job placement as employees in public or private hospitals and healthcare organizations, paramedical companies. Due to their independent perspective and critical thinking, they can open up a clinic or continue to education as a resident or master/PhD students.

1. Acceptance Letter received from Istanbul Aydin University
2. Turkish translation of High school diploma and transcript
3. Notarization of translated High school diploma and transcript from Notary in Turkey or Turkish Embassy in your country
4. Health Insurance for one year (compulsory – You will make your insurance paperwork in J Block with International Students and Staff Affairs. Insurance Costs between 400,00 to 600,00 TRL)
5. Equivalency Paper (Denklik Belgesi) of High school diploma from Provincial Directorate of Ministry of Education in Istanbul (you will be guided properly on this once you will reach Istanbul Aydin University International Office J - Block)
6. Language Proficiency Certificate
7. Health Insurance for one year (compulsory– You will make your insurance paperwork in J Block with International Students and Staff Affairs.

1. Passport photograph
2. High school diploma (a copy translated to Turkish or English)
3. High school transcript (a copy translated to Turkish or English)
4. Photocopy of the relevant pages of your passport
5. 60 % marks (min) in High School
6. For English degree program applicants: TOEFL score -79 points
   (If English is not the first/ official language of the country). 
   (If students do not have TOEFL then he/ she has to qualify English Proficiency Exam, which will be held in IAU. Dates will be mentioned at http://int.aydin.edu.tr)
7. For Turkish degree program applicants: TOMER B1 level required.
8. Dentistry and Medicine applicants: TOMER C1 level required.
