GCSE: GCSE (grades A-C) or O-level English Language or equivalent.

Entrants should normally possess the following: (a) minimum one year experience of working or volunteering in an educational setting prior to commencing the course and a current role in an appropriate workplace setting; (b) line manager's letter of support confirming that they support the application and will take all reasonable steps to support the applicant's study, and facilitate the applicant's work-based studies; Foundation Degree in Educational Practice awarded by Oxford Brookes University (240 credits) or Level 5 equivalent.
