Overview
The course covers the intricate politics, institutions, law and policies of the European Union. The international and global political context in which the EU operates is also addressed.
As a student on this European Union Studies master's you'll develop knowledge of three central themes:
- European integration
- public policy in the EU
- the EU as an international actor
You'll gain skills in:
- social science methods and methodologies, international and regional studies politics
- analysis, evaluation and interpretation of principal source materials
- planning, conducting and communicating original research.
