About

German Intensive course: Germany in Moving Pictures B2-C1 Germany in moving pictures â€“ discover Germanyâ€™s recent history in film and video: the Roaring Twenties, the years after the Second World War, the Wall, its fall, and the influence of this historical event up to the present day. How did Germany, Berlin, and its people change? What are the differences between north and south, east and west? Experience moving pictures of Germany and its capital Berlin in order to create a script of your own German short film. You will take a mandatory placement test on the first day. In the mornings: four credit hours of German classes a day (one credit hour = 45 minutes): a total of 80 credit hours In the afternoons: academic lessons two or three times per week: a total of 20 credit hours seminars, workshops, and trips related to the history of film in Berlin and Germany Components of the language lessons are: grammar conversation writing listening and reading comprehension pronunciation literature
