    Graduate Certificate in People Analytics

    About

People analytics (or human resource or workforce analytics) are practices relying on the analysis of complex data on people, processes, performance, or markets, that are used to support organisational decision-making.

This field has been enabled and expanded by the digitalisation of big data and the growth of AI. It allows people management professionals to move beyond historical HR metrics, benchmarking and labour market analysis. People analytics generates new insights from existing data though the use of descriptive, visual, predictive and narrative analytical techniques.

Through the Graduate Certificate in People Analytics, you will develop a deep, practical grasp of the challenges of managing people and organisations in a changing and complex world, marking yourself as highly valued strategic advisor.

Specifically, and drawing on rigorous, current theory, you will build your skills to plan, attract, develop, retain and reward a workforce. Based on evidence about work, workers, industry and context, you will build competence in various quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques. You will be enabled to generate insights and shape recommendations for action, within a strong ethical and professional framework.
