    Course information

You’ll study the course in one year with an optional placement year at the end.

There’s a lot to fit in, so we designed the modules to help you catch up with students on the full three or four year programme. Core modules like Management and Leadership in Hospitality and International Strategic Hospitality and Tourism cover the foundations of the subject. Option modules like Entrepreneurial Practice or Food Innovation allow you to specialise in an area that interests you.

With our experience in the industry, we know that employers are looking for more than just knowledge of the subject. They want candidates who have worked in the sector already. We provide practical opportunities throughout the course where you can get hands on experience.

The end of course placement is a great way to kick start your career. You’ll learn on the job, and many students get offered a permanent position afterwards.
