Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) - study over 1 year full-time or 2 to 3 years part-time and you don't need to write a dissertation
Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) - study over 1 year full-time or 2 to 4 years part-time and you don't need to write a dissertation

Before joining Southampton he was Senior Consultant in Leadership Development at the King’s Fund and research lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
