Leadership and Organization (BMgmt)

Dalhousie’s Bachelor of Management program starts by giving students a foundation in business and management, helping them develop the skills they need to organize and lead teams and to respond to internal and external pressures.

As part of the Leadership and Organizations major, you will build on this foundation and focus on the theory and practice of leadership in the management of organizations.

Program-specific admission requirements

• Minimum overall average: 75%   

• Academic English 12   

• Academic Math 12   

• Three additional academic subjects

Completing this major will help you secure a job as a trainee or junior manager in any industry, or help you start your own business.

You can continue your studies with a master’s degree in areas like: information management; public administration; and resource and environmental management.
