    The Master's program in Educational Administration is one of the oldest academic programs in the Department of Educational Administration and Fundamentals. This program seeks to provide students with skills in managing and organizing educational institutions at the level of general education and the world, represented by the processes of managing and organizing human, material, financial, technical and cognitive resources. The program also seeks to provide students with practical skills in effective administrative communication, and skills in managing the operations of various educational and teaching systems. In addition to other skills such as dealing with organizational and institutional conflict, change, development, and improving educational work conditions, so that this leads to the satisfaction of workers and educators and improving their management, which contributes to achieving educational goals and outcomes. This program is an important stage in the entry of students studying for a doctorate degree in educational administration or educational leadership, as they are the highest degrees in this field.
