Master in Healthcare Leadership and Quality Improvement

​The program is a two-year full-time program aimed at raising the qualifications of professionals in the health sector and qualifying graduates to manage and lead healthcare institutions and improve quality in healthcare systems. The program focuseson employing comprehensive advanced knowledge, scientific research skills, health information systems, strategic planning, Quality management, policy making, and safety and risk management within ethical and legal contexts.The program offers the thesis and comprehensive examination tracks in line with the other master's programs at the University of Jordan.​

​The PILOs prepare the graduates of this program/track to be able to work in the clinical settings (hospitals/ critical units/health care centers) related to his/her specialty in either public or private sector. others work as a clinical instructor in universities.​
