Master of Commerce with a Specialisation in Supply Chain Management

    About

Supply Chain Management (SCM) – the practice of coordinating the flow of goods and services through all production cycle stages – has become the golden component of the management discipline. By managing an efficient and economical supply chain, companies can cut excess costs, improve product quality, reduce the risk of recalls, avoid costly shortages or periods of inventory oversupply, and deliver products to consumers faster.

The Supply Chain Management specialisation draws upon contemporary research and industry expertise to teach practical skills that will enable you to help your company optimise the flow of its goods and services, whether its operations are local, national or international. You’ll study the principles of operations management, logistics and warehousing, sourcing and procurement, and supply chain management – all key components of robust and streamlined supply chain activities.
