    § About the program and its main topics

    The PhD program in Curriculum and Instruction is one of the main programs in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction since these programs were established in the College of Educational Sciences in 1992. This program has had a distinguished presence in the college and university’s journey at the level of teaching, research, and serving the local and Arab community. It has contributed to the formation of educational leaders in general education and higher education, and its contributions continue to increase through the services it provides in the fields of research and consultations in preparing, training and qualifying teachers, developing curricula and improving teaching and learning processes.

    Preparing and training students to become highly competent in educational matters, by providing them with high-quality expertise in the field of curricula and teaching, to enable them to contribute to developing curricula and teaching and solving educational and teaching problems.

    Specializations that can be accepted into this program according to the following priorities:
    First priority: Master's in Curriculum and Teaching
    Second priority: Master's in any field of knowledge.

    Those accepted in the second priority study remedial courses determined by the department, and as for success and failure, the university’s instructions and policies in effect in this regard apply
