About

Pharmacy technicians are responsible for the following:To assist the pharmacistâ€¢ in preparing, storing and dispensing the prescribed medications and, pharmaceutical and medicinal products,â€¢ in controling the prescriptions, patient drug information and treatmentsâ€¢ in ordering, purchasing and billing the pharmaceutical and medicinal productsâ€¢ in the institutional affairs.The maintenance of the pharmacy and the equipment is among the duties of a pharmacy technician.Pharmacy technician training program offers the graduates the opportunities for employment in individual pharmacies, pharmacy units and private or public hospitals.
