English Language Proficiency
Applicants whose first language is not English must furnish evidence of their proficiency in the use of the English language:
- The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Minimum acceptable score is 105 (internet-based version) or 620 (paper-based version) [Western's TOEFL ID is 0984].
- The International English Language Testing Service (IELTS Academic). A minimum overall score of 7.5 in both the overall and writing section is required.
- The Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL Assessment). A minimum score of 80 is required.
- The Doulingo English Test. The minimum Duolingo English Test score is 135.
