SPECIAL EDUCATION (MA) - BEHAVIOR SUPPORT IS NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS OPTION; PLEASE APPLY TO SPECIAL EDUCATION (MA) - APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS. New Name for MA in Special Education Behavior Support at the College of Education: The Department of Disabilities and Psychoeducational Studies (DPS) has renamed its MA - Behavior Support to MA in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The 36-unit curriculum required to take the exam offered by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) is not be affected by this change.

1 Statement of purpose / autobiographical essay - (1-2 pages, double spaced)
Submit official transcripts of all previous college work from each college of university previously attended.

English proficiency is one of the conditions for admission for all applicants whose native language is not English. Applicants must submit a minimum TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score of 79 internet based (iBT), 550 paper based (PB), or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) composite score of 7 (no subject area below a 6). Individual departments may require a higher score and may have minimum score requirements by test module that must be met to qualify for admission. International applicants to Arizona Online campus, Global Direct campus, or a Global Microcampus should choose the Distance Learner (DL) visa type in their Application Profile.
International applicants to the Main campus must currently hold a US visa that permits incidental study.
