This course is for graduates with a degree in any subject. We’ve combined our leading research with our industry partners’ experience to design content relevant to contemporary retailing. You’ll develop the knowledge and skills leaders need to succeed in the rapidly changing retailing industry.

    You’ll learn about things like:

    • consumer psychology
    • customer experience

This degree balances the latest theory with practical application. You’ll apply what you learn to real-life case studies and explore them from the perspectives of firms, consumers and society.

You’ll have the flexibility to choose one of three options for the summer term:

    • an independent research project
    • an industry internship
    • launch your own retail start-up

Internships are not guaranteed. Places are competitive and we advertise opportunities to students.
