    Who is this course for?

This course is intended for those who are responsible for ensuring that technology, especially AI-based technology, is user-friendly and effective in both its design and delivery. It’s ideal for Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, and Developers.

For this reason, during your studies you will systematically and rigorously explore knowledge and skills applied to real-world problems, many set by UX professionals.

As technology extends device and service functionality, often with increased complexity, engaging with these may feel frustrating. Technologists increasingly use Artificial intelligence tools to design these services and devices, without always understanding the usability nuances of AI solutions. Addressing this mystery and uncertainty is at the heart of this programme.
