Global Business and Behaviour and Systemic Change

    About

Organisations – and the people within them – have the power to address some of the most pressing challenges facing the world today. Achieving that change at an organisational level requires both a truly global perspective and a commitment to progressing systems and structures toward a more positive, sustainable future.

This program builds on your skills and understanding of global business and how to address both behaviours and systems, so you can make change happen sooner.

Experts from the Monash Sustainable Development Institute will guide you through powerful change-oriented theory and practice drawn from behavioural psychology, systems transformations and more. You will learn how to collaboratively design, implement, and evaluate targeted change projects so you can make an impact at an individual, organisational, and societal level, to address the great challenges of our time.

Since contemporary business plays a pivotal role in enabling this impact, the Master of Global Business is the ideal complement to the forward-thinking toolkit you are building. Enhance your understanding of the global business environment while progressing your practical expertise. You will develop a greater awareness of the global context and its implications for business by being exposed to subject areas such as global business, geopolitics, trade, supply chains and their sustainability, trade governance and intercultural communication.

This program provides a deeper and interdisciplinary understanding of cross-regional, cross-cultural challenges and opportunities. It enhances your ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions while empowering you to deliver meaningful, sustainable change. It is a great next step for strategic and impact-oriented careers in government, business and not-for-profit organisations.
