Management and Behaviour and Systemic Change

    About

The world has always counted on organisations to drive positive change. They rely on inspiring and insightful leaders to make that change possible. These leaders uncover opportunities to do things differently, consider sustainable ways to make that shift and empower teams of people to be a part of the progress.

This program equips you with the expertise to deliver targeted, collaborative and insightful change projects – both as an innovative thinker and an inspiring leader.

You will develop the tools, methods and skills needed to understand, design, implement and evaluate change projects at both the behavioural and systemic level. Guided by experts from the Monash Sustainable Development Institute, you will apply these methods and skills to address a range of challenges facing individuals, organisations, and society today.

The Master of Management will equip you with the leadership skills to influence change and inspire positive transformations, both within a company’s workforce or supply chain, and across broader society.

Develop advanced knowledge of contemporary management theory and uncover innovative solutions to complex management problems. Considering how organisations can operate more sustainably – and shape a culture that prioritises people and society – is a vital part of the program, making these two master’s programs ideal companions for leading the way toward a better future.

By the end of the program, you will be ready to drive change in organisational structures and operating systems, to enable organisations to innovate and operate differently. The program will build on your expertise in socially responsible ways, preparing you for a career of the future, including those that support the transition to sustainable practices.

Ready to lead the change that is essential for a brighter tomorrow?
