With significant shortages in the mental health workforce in Australia, there is a greater need to look at how mental health and wellbeing can be supported in the work environment at a community level.

This program offers students the opportunity to develop a foundational understanding of mental health and wellbeing. Graduates will develop skills required to understand and respond to mental health issues and to foster wellbeing in the workplace and the broader community.

The suite of Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing programs is unique in providing the ultimate flexibility for students. With the suite including a Graduate Certificate (40 units), Graduate Diploma (80 units), and Masters (120 units), you can choose to complete the number of units that suit you and your organisational needs. With all courses offered online, students also have the flexibility to maintain work/life/study balance.
