Gain skills to proactively support mental health and wellbeing
With Australia experiencing a significant shortfall in mental health professionals and mental health becoming a critical priority across industries, there is an urgent need for leaders who can champion mental wellness within organisations and communities.
This program builds on foundational knowledge to explore more complex aspects of mental health in organisational settings through engagement with evidence-based frameworks, policy development, and practical interventions that support psychological safety and resilience.
A Graduate Diploma in Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing and Graduate Certificate in Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing is available to study and can be used as a pathway into the masters program.
